I think the video creator is confused, your title is wrong. The 2023 HDI express low development for these countries. I stopped at 'Liberia poor literacy rate and 8% access to internet'; this is a contradiction to a developed country. Please revise your video title. Beautiful countries as they are, they need help in high volume manufacturing, creative exportation overseas, small agriculture overseas exportation, creative overseas importation of tourism. Create a West African Tourism Board to address each countries problems, solutions and structure in regards to a manicured tourism like: arts, entertainment, nature, culture, history and culinary arts.

The country lacks affordable high rise infrastructural development which should have been ideal in containing the lower and middle class citizens The country lacks constant electricity.
