Hello Please i have the 6.1.3 New version, I don't know if you have some issues ? I have a door opener that disconnected and I was not able to fix it I have more than 20 connected objects and it's the only one i had this problem Thx a lot

Hi! Try restarting the door opener, checking your Wi-Fi connection, and re-adding it to the app. If it still doesn't work, reset the device and update the firmware. Let me know if this helps! 😊
