What I have done and what seems to be this is that I think of a topic, say "Money", and allow for my body to bring up the sensations. Then just let the presence of consciousness shine on it, and something seems to shift. Maybe that is what he is talking about.

Me too. I do reverse inquiries. Is say for example I am loved and then start digging seeing what perpectives are underneath. And then feel the resitances. It’s helpful do it subject by subject.

I received the word 'bindu' when you were talking about the causal body and also felt a connection to the subtle bindu at the back of my head. "when outer objectivity is reabsorbed into its transcendent source, bindu is the point into which all the manifest powers of consciousness are gathered and fused together. The universal potency of all the letters is thus contained in bindu which, as the reflective awareness of supreme i consciousness gives them all life. Thus bindu also marks the beginning of Sivas internal movement back into undifferentiated absolute and so stands as the threshold of both emission and absorption without being involved in either. Maybe a meditation doorway for people. Thank you so much.

I think I dropped into the causal level once. I was taking an aikido class and I was struggling to execute this certain throw, then one time I started to do the throw, and then my consciousness totally blanked out, and the next thing I was aware of was me at the end of the throw having done it perfectly with zero recollection of anything that happened in between. I believe it was the "no-mind" described by Zen etc. O-Sensei, the enlightened founder of Aikido, had probably mastered this state.
