Thanks James, but FYI - FXS is the frax share token which is what collects the seigniorage and goes up in price (theoretically) not to be confused with the FRAX token which is a stablecoin and as such not investable - this is an important distinction that you missed

ETH, Cardano, Avalance and Hedera will survive. Those are all top quality projects. I don't believe SOL is going to be in the top of the ranks for the long run though. Way too many red flags and issues with SOL. Arbitrum is a new shiny toy but I do not believe it will stay up in the rankings all that long.

​@@showngo4490 Yeah that's the problem with investing in the link token. The utility of the token is so unbelievably limited/useless to the average person compared to other altcoins, so it really limits the upside greatly in the long run compared to the potential of some layer 1 altcoins.

What criteria was used to make this selection? I mean, are we talking about surviving and outperforming the entire market? Or highest market caps? The list is very random. If we are talking Top 10 Alts likely to survive, you’ve to include things that would damage crypto if they disappear. I agree with MATIC, SOL, ARB, OP, UNI, but FXS, LDO, RPL, GMX, IMX is pure fanboydom. How are any of those more essential to crypto than things like LINK? Or ATOM on which BNB, CRO, and many other chains are built? I mean, without criteria, I could suggest ADA and AVAX too. It’s not just numbers. It’s community, adoption, etc.

When this guy mentions them, I’m 100% all ears. Hi James, big fan, listen everyday. Question: if a bitcoin etf is approved, why not sell your bitcoin in cold storage and just buy the etf? Less risk of theft, losing pw, etc. Easier to trade and swap for stocks.

When you look at the whale supply do you remove staking contracts or LPs ? most of those tokens are heavily staked

Exactly, I think most people do not realize chains like Matic and ETH display Top Accounts, not just wallets. Contract addresses are tens of thousands of private keys and include the on-chain staking contract address, etc. Including contract addresses makes the information extremely inaccurate and misleading.

Interesting content as usual thank you and I learned a really simple trick here which I'd always thought about but never seen laid out the way you did here with the ratio of FDMC / MC. I was surprised RNDR scored so low in your own research here, I know you like it for the AI play but is this one you'll look to get out of once it's made profit or do you think the fundamentals will change going forward to make it a better project? What would your top 10 have been had you created a list? I think I'd have SOL, MATIC and UNI from this list and LINK, GRT and DOT.

Many of these coins will no longer be desirable a year or two from now. Besides Uniswap they are all new coins. And Uniswap has proven that a very successful platform behind it has no impact on price. Hype and narrative it what drives price.
