I love when these "small" homes offer better and more attractive living space than larger plans. The living room is just perfect.

I'd paint the house a different color, and I'd have a place to hang coats just inside the front door. The chandelier is over the top, but otherwise it's a good living room. The kitchen could use more counter space, but there's room for an island. The pantry offers good storage to supplement the meager cabinets. The master bedroom is spacious and has a dressing nook. The master bath has both a shower and tub, but I would not have stone in the shower! All the bedrooms have ample wardrobes. I like this plan!

Agree with everything you've said. Small rolling island in the kitchen would be good. But that is easily addressed. Biggest thing I would do is move the entire wall (left of the front door) 2 feet to the left. That would give space for a bench and coat rack as well as space for a china cabinet in the dining area. Other things I'm not fond of are just decoration and no big deal to change

What is the total square footage of this home? I like the overall floor plan but would prefer to open up the kitchen some to the living room perhaps putting bar stools on the LR side, especially with the kitchen sink in that wall. With a pantry closet, I would have no need for more counter work space in the kitchen.

I'd put in patio doors in the dining room and screen in that porch. Love those arched doorways!

Super charming house! I really like the inside wall colors of the gray and green, and the large brick wall. I like how there are brick accents throughput the house. The bathroom in the master bedroom is gorgeous!

Love just put a metal door on the back and the master closet needs to be in closed and little bigger and need some more lights in ceiling in bed room
