Great entry, accessible from front door and garage. The kitchen needs a more sensible sink, and though it's short on upper cabinets there is a pantry with shelves. The laundry machines should be concealed with some sort of doors, since that's the bath that guests would use. The varying tile patterns in the master bath would make me dizzy! But these are all details that could easily be remedied. Otherwise, it's a good plan!

Once you open the door everything will be blocked. You have to close the door before putting anything away. I'd like to access that space with the door open or closed.

A very nice home design. The layout feels very open and spacious. I think front entry storage is too limited for a four-season home but I like that it's enclosed. I also think that busy tile patterns will not age well. I especially like the living/dining spaces. You were clever to leave a space for a telly above the fireplace without actually including it to avoid ppl complaining that it's too high for comfortable viewing (wink). A lovely home!

Oh well, needs work. Garage opening DIRECTLY into the house ABSOLUTELY must have at least one operable window. Living room and dining room are lovely. However, the kitchen is simply poorly planned with far too many competing design elements giving the room an even more cramped feeling. The kitchen sink is a joke; NOT enough counter space (especially wasted next to "bar sink"), not even CLOSE to backward French door fridge for loading and unloading of groceries, sorting and filling "mystery pantry" with God knows how much stuff; not nearly enough cabinets. Again? Walk through the laundry room to get to the cramped, but four piece, full-size bathroom with no access behind bathroom wall to cramped first bedroom. Why? The bedroom wall is blank and abuts bathroom. Primary bedroom very nice, but too much going on in bathroom patterns extending cramped feeling. Getting a bit closer....

Really beautiful house. Consider designing a house with a simple roof and footprint. Actual building prices go up with every corner of a foundation and the more complicated the roof also makes it more expensive. But I like this one.

Thank you for a garage! This floor plan is very nice. I love an open floor plan and although the kitchen is partially hidden. I don’t care for that kitchen sink or where it is. I’d put in a full sink on the bar and widen the bar to allow comfortable seating at the bar. Bedrooms are great and 2 bathrooms are perfect. Laundry in front of the bathroom is a little weird, probably my least liked feature of this home.

Sorry Jasper, but if I hadn't seen your name, I wouldn't have believed this was one of your designs 😕Too many negatives to list. That kitchen sink, all the different tile designs thrown all over the place, the Master bedroom window is so high, there's no space to hang curtains... The whole design is a mess ... It's a thumbs down for me on this one.
