Good video. Great honest opinion. I have been sleep grounding for the past 18months. Believe me your whole wellbeing will change. I'm a heart patient that went through a major heart attack with one main artery 100% block and a sten done. I started off with 14 tablets a day down to 4 tablets a day .My BP has reduce significantly. I also use to get up 3-4 times every night but now i sleep straight through minimum 6hrs a night, waking up feeling very refresh..I'm 66yrs of age and i ground a minimum of 20hr days with the use of grounding mats, barefoot grounding and even wearing sandals that are grounded.😃

I've been sleeping on my grounding sheets....Feeling very energetic, migraines that were killing me for weeks, are now dissapeared. For the first time in years, I'm not taking pain killers anymore. I just have some question, what kind of pen are you using to test the voltage? I'd like to test my sheets every night, specially after been washed. Thanks !

Does my skin have to be touching the pillowcase or will it work as I sleep on my back with my head of hair on the pillow?

That is a GREAT question. The more direct contact you have with the sheet or pillow case, the more you are "grounded." But sleeping with the back of your head on the pillow case will be just fine. You are actually touching the sheet, even trough your hair :)

I've been using these sheets for months now. First was a cotton with silver thread.absolute garbage. BUT. Living in the UK I bought a carbon infused fitted sheet from Earthing Revolution uk,yes it was expensive £180 full double bed size,but my God it works. I earth DIRECT into the ground with a 4 feet cooper rod,rather than a plug.
