A documentary film about "Earthing" (aka Grounding).
#Grounding is a healing technique that includes performing activities that "ground you" or electrically reconnect you to the ground. This practice draws on the science of grounding and the physics of grounding to explain how electrical charges from the ground can have positive effects on your body.
Ground Therapy and Earthing products are Clint Ober's authentic, official #grounding products were originally created for practitioners and health-conscious professionals to offer their clients an additional tool to support healthy living.

I'm like the guy in the movie that had the bulging disc in his back; I fractured a vertebrae in my neck 40 years ago, it was inflamed with arthritis and gave me pain and constant headaches for over 30 years. All that completely disappeared within the first few days that I started grounding. Now, I've been on a mission, just like this filmmaker to get the word out, I have supplied grounding kits to many of my friends and family. Earthing is a miracle, praise God!

I have a background in electronics. I was drawn to "earthing" because of that. It doesn't matter what you believe, there's an electrical thing happening. Doesn't need to be connecting to mother earth or becoming one with the universe. It's like turning on a light. When the wire is not connected, the current needed to power the light doesn't work. But when you use the switch to make the grounding connection, power is supplied to the light. Our bodies are the light bulbs and connecting to earth ground is like turning on the switch to power the light. Our bodies need to be connected to ground to properly power the bodies ability to function correctly naturally. It's the way God made us. We are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Reading comments: it should not surprise me that the haters show up. Full of darkness and negativity, and ancient? wounds with holes in their souls and hearts. They need grounding more than most!

This works. I've known this for 20 years. I am 74 years old and I have not been to a doctor since having babies. I am not on medications of any kind. I ground daily and feel wonderful. If only people would give it a chance, it would change their lives for the better.

My grand mother used to have heart arrhythmia. A local doctor told her to walk barefoot on the Earth in the mornings. The best time to do it was when the grass was still wet with the morning due. There is, cheap cure, and it works.

I have been using a grounding bed sheet for about 6 months, and noticed the difference in about a week. I was no longer stiff and achy when I woke up. I could exercise again, building strength and flexibility. I walk barefoot in my yard as much as possible. Grounding has worked for me. Try it!

It is not in the best economic interest for any doctor to cure anything. Nor hospitals.

I was born in the UK in 1967. My whole life has been a plastic one. I heard of grounding several years ago. I have grounding pads and grounding sheets. They work. No knee pain. I sleep well.

I was the guy that made this film long ago ...many of these comments made me laugh so hard I nearly fell off my chair ...so many people are fixated on commenting about the astronauts and whether it was all faked... Forget about all that ! I'm 63 now and have never stopped Grounding and feel like I'm 25. God Bless You all and stay Grounded ! ? Steve Kroschel / Director/Producer/ Writer

It makes sense that all living things are interconnected through earth grounding. This practice, which involves connecting with the earth by walking barefoot on natural surfaces like grass or dirt, taps into a fundamental relationship between humans and the planet. Earth grounding, also known as "earthing," is based on the idea that the Earth's surface contains a subtle but continuous flow of electrons. When we make physical contact with the ground, these electrons are thought to transfer into our bodies, potentially offering a range of health benefits.
