You can easily get starlink for €42/mo and equipment charge is like €220. There might be landline based service too. You can also get 5G service everywhere for really cheap. About 25 Km to beach.

I like going to the beach, but I wouldn't want to be 15 minutes from a beach... especially here in Italy. Not much down by the beach other than beach. No views in the flat surrounding area. Hotter and more buggy and muggy. But it is nice to have the option to go now and again... Newsflash?!? 🤨 I lived 20 mins from the beach in LA but it took over an hour to get there! 🤪🤪

Newsflash! Not everyone likes living by the beach. Always windy, hotter, buggy and in Italy beaches are either completely built up with “beachclubs” (and you have to pay for) or stretches of nothing with no amenities. And def not cheap to buy property near it.

So while your reply is nice and thank you but rather ignorant of how properties are market. Now you can live wherever you wish and I am sure you will never be my neighbor By the way most counties populations live along the coast the coasts or waterways
