Well put Julia! I just would like to add that even though this is very difficult to act upon, I still understand that it requires a very good amount of seriousness. Not everyone is as serious as this speaker, however, I realize that we should all aim for being as serious. Gentle, yet serious! Thank you for this wonderful talk....
