Thank you! As a mother I often times have a fear that it might die suddenly.. but understanding the law of karma and reincarnation, the fear goes away.

This is such a common question and such a comon reaction to suffering, and it's based on a lack of understanding, which in turn is based on a lack of education, so thank you so much for reaching out and providing this education.

haribol all glories to sri krishna.. i would like to ask.. when everything is bound by karmic reaction are all your actions predetermined? Does free will exist if we are bound by modes of material nature?
@jaiafindlay46 жыл бұрын
Leo cap It is my limited understanding that free will exists in the constraints of the modes of material nature. I suppose it could be equated to a chess game you are free to move your pieces of your own accord with unlimited possible combinations however your still confined to the rules of the game. Karma adds another element you could be handycaped or assisted depending on your past actions. This is rough example best my I could think of though hope this helps answer your question : ) HB

Karma ceases to exist for the intelligent person who *FULLY* surrenders to the Supreme Lord. In other words imagine one accepts the shelter of God as his or her only shelter and support. Tumi to takur, tomara kukur in Bengali translates "You (God) are my master, and I am your dog." Now a dog displays not only loyalty but dependency. If master feeds it, it eats, otherwise it fasts. This is the analagous situation of a devout servant of God. In God's home, whatever transpires is under His control and responsibility. Therefore karma cannot exist, only God's will upon a subordinate. This is transcendental freedom and peace of mind, and opens the door to further intimacy and love of Godhead. brahma bhuta prasannatma. (No more hankering or lamenting for the self-realized soul.) krishna.org/bhagavad-gita-as-it-is-original-1972-edition-free-pdf-download/
