Kol Pheng Vaddhana is an author of Discover Your Greatness. He earned a Bachelor’s degree of science in Organizational Leadership from the National American University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He currently serves a leadership role as Vice President of General Administration and Human Resources at Pannasastra University of Cambodia. He is also a Managing Director of AnottA, Mineral Drinking Water Company. Vaddhana believes in making a positive difference in the lives of others is key to discovering the true purpose of living. He is known as a humble and caring person. Vaddhana’s dedications and actions have inspired his family, friends, and colleagues to care more about the welfare and value of humanity. He is married to Sophia for 19 years. He and his wife are proud parents of two children, Vannida and Camson.

So proud to have Cambodia guys on the stage of TEDx Talks, this is very good opportunity for everyone can learn from those experience sharing. I hope in the future there is more great intelligence guys come and deliver their productive life experience to the young generation people in Cambodia.
