Russian roulette and peek-a-boo are some of my fav mvs in kpop, especially Russian roulette like it’s just so creative , who in kpop in 2017 would have told their group "okay let’s just make u all kill each other with fridges and drawers " LIKE DOWOWODOPD. u should add umpah umpah btw, it’s another one of those eerie songs

i LOVE these song choices! these are some of red velvet’s most iconic songs. also peek-a-boo is actually a velvet song for the next video i recommend: - bad boy - rbb (really bad boy) - one of these nights - automatic - be natural (this was in 2014 so yeri wasnt in the group yet)

I love how Russian Roulette plays with the idea of the violence in old cartoons like Tom and Jerry or Bugs Bunny etc. They were ostensibly for children but show a lot of casual violence where no one is hurt for real or permanently and it's played for laughs. And their expressions really play into one of their concepts or story lines of being the dolls that a girl is using to act out a story. There is a level of eeriness or menace to so many of Red Velvet's songs and I love it, such an unexpected thing for a girl group but so great to see the storylines of female anger and what we do with that in our lives.

All of their albums are like no skip ones... Title tracks are mostly Hit or Miss for some since it like a very experimental but in time it will grow on you...Both sides of Red velvet are like good combos... Red is the Fun and vibrant side... Velvet is the soft and sultry RnB vibe... And I love it coz red velvet also never stick to one concept and genre their voices are like very versatile and you will never get tired of listening to it.... I Love them so much... I fell in Love with them from the very start...

Regarding Wendy’s personality: She lived in Ontario, Canada and Minnesota USA (my home) during her teenage years (perfect English) so she developed a very “Midwest American” personality. When she’s excited she talks and laughs comically loud and animated! She cringes hard over aegyo (she gets embarrassed like an American girl over it). She is not hesitant to be opinionated and push back (like in content shows where people are kidding around or arguing about topics). She is kind of a firecracker (in a not-obnoxious way) She’s still very humble and respectful My All-of-K-pop bias, obviously.

Wendy is very energetic and slightly chaotic. She makes the girls laugh as if it is her job haha but then outside of the camera she is apparently very calm. She is also incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Also kind of a cheesy dork. And you may notice that there is a almost a 2 year gap between Psycho and Queendom for the groups comebacks. I feel like it was mentioned but Wendy on Christmas Day 2019 had a very bad stage accident. She fell almost 10 ft on her left side. She broke bones in her face, wrist and pelvis. Her appearance may seem different on and off but that is mostly why. There was a bit of reconstructive surgery. But she has come back full force and thankfully sings even better than before.

I'll never understand why people hated Zimzalabim so much. Yeah, it was weird, experimental, which is awesome if done well. Same as why they complained about the styling which was supposed to be non-matching and eye-catching because of it. They missed the whole point.

you should definitely watch a guide or even a unhelpful guide, Irene is my bias in red velvet because on stage/screen she seems cold but she is the fake maknae because she is so unintentionally funny and super caring! I love any and all red velvet that you post I will watch as they are my ultimate bias group so whatever you want to do on them i am game! Definitely need to do b-sides as well they are b-side queens there is never a skip on their albums!

I LOVE Red Velvet. Wendy is my Ult Bias in all of K-Pop and maybe in Music in general. But I really need to be 'in the mood' for listening to 'Zimzalabim'. That alone makes it my least-favorite song by RV. ALL their other songs are fine, you can put them all on shuffle in regular rotation and they are all no-skips. Just, some days, 'ZZB' is just not for me. Other days it is fine and quite enjoyable just like all else they have done.

@Yetti. so basically they are a cult? And they don't eat food, which is why you see them decorating the pizza with diamonds and making houses out of them. Every full moon they order pizza, but not for the pizza, but rather the delivery guy. Seeing the different members getting the pizza from the guy is showing that it is a repetitive thing they do. They invite him into the house to "play fun games" like hide and seek, we see this through them running around the house laughing. The guns and weapons on the walls are for using on the delivery guys, and when they are throwing them near each other, that is target practice. They also practice their circle cult with the candles, using joy as the guy. Then we see them doing the cult but with the guy in the middle, which is what they were practicing for. The blindfold with the jelly is another one of their "games" except this one is to keep him entertained while they get ready for the finale. But suddenly the members come out of this trance they are in, and try to help him escape, but as he is running they fall back into their cult, and try to kill him. Yeri misses, which causes him to get the injury in his cheek. He runs to the phone booth and tries to ring the police, but it says that the number does not exist. On the side of the phone booth is a "missing delivery boys" poster, with tons of faces on it. We see the member get out of his car, and hear the phone dial. And then we see that his shirt was added the collection of shirts that lines their wall. They ate him. They killed and ate all the missing delivery boys. And when the next full moon comes around, it will happen again.
