@@Light77756 Its like this. If Kaido didn't kill Oden the world government will target him next. Luffy and Roger is not the same. Luffy can't or hear the poneglyphs while Roger can. That makes your argument wrong from the very start. Also her value will decrease when someone has the same ability as her which I suspect someone Bonney but that besides the topic. As long as she is the only one that has this ability she will be much more valuable than luffy.

I honestly feel like this 2.11 billion mark is more reasonable than luffy's 3 billion. At this point in the series Robin is most definitely more dangerous to the WG than any of the strawhats, and valuing her similar to an emperor of the sea makes perfect sense to me.

I would say it's very reasonable that Luffy has the slightly higher bounty seeing as he is the one who can activate the keys. Robin has the knowledge, but Luffy is the one who can round up all their allies to absolutely thrash the WG. So i think it is very fitting, but what would interest me is Dragons bounty in this equasion, because i am most definetly sure that Robin knows far more that could eradicate the WG

I think luffy should still have a higher bounty than Robbins 2 billion because of his nature of taking destructive action compared to her potential for doing so. Would Robbin want to end the world government if she finds out what happened in the void century? Maybe, but probably not. We've seen robbin in the position to start down this path before (granted on a lesser scale) with crocodile; and she sabotaged him. In contrast, luffy will at some point take action to destroy (or attempt to destroy) the world government. He's already taken action directly against all three institutional pillars of the world government. The only thing stopping him from coming for mariejois (for now) is lack of motive.

I mean, you could say that for a few other SHs. Being associated with luffy would make their bounties go up as well, same with Franky for being the only living person to know the blueprints of Pluton, and so on. This whole "association" thing shouldn't affect an individual's bounty imo as it makes their bounty higher than what it should be.

You're not wrong, but at some point that reaches the level of artificial inflation. I think association fees should only be applicable to the subordinates in relation to the leader of said crew or organization. For example if it went both ways: Luffy post Alabasta arc is at 100 million. If he was given an association fee for a 500 million bounty person joining his crew it would likely be around 50 mil. Then they look at Robin and say "oh she's in association with that kid with the record starting bounty for East Blue, bump her" 550 mil, (Ace would be proud) then they look at both and go "Wow! These two are a real threat together!" Bumping them both another 50 mil. At this point, a man that was accurately at 100 mil at the time is now at 200 mil purely due to association with one of his crew members. If we wanted we could do the same thing with Zoro and add another 30 or 50 mil. So yeah, association fees needs to be limited.

The only reason I'd argue she didn't is because we'd absolutely would have been made aware of the revolutionary army making a beeline for pluton. And robbin didn't find shirahoshi until after she left the revolutionary army. So unless she brought it up at dressrosa, I don't think she did. Berween robbin not telling luffy sabo was alive, and lying to crocodile about the poneglyph, its more in robbin's character to not divulge massive secrets than to do so.

Nami should also have a higher bounty as we edge closer to Laugh Tale, as the navigator that can and will draw a world map towards One Piece, her knowledge to let all the pirates (should she wish to) have an easier time to move around the seas and make more trouble. Since for 800years theres nothing like a world map being shown to be readily available. We can assume the WG doesn’t want that info out there.

You know, I feel there should have been a bounty increase after Enie's Lobby because at the time Aokiji, Spandam, and seemingly all high ranking members of the World Goverment didn't expect Robin's position in the Straw Hats to be a permanent one. Thinking that the Straw Hats would either betray her or be crushed by the World Goverment. Yet after the Enie's Lobby incident ended Robin was now a permanent member to a crew that had just declared war on the World Goverment, Destroyed Multiple Cipher Pols, and the entire Judicial Island. With her ability to read Ponoglyphs and a knowledge of where two of the Ancient weapons were now being used to aid a Waring Faction. I would up her bounty to an incredibly high level because other than the Military might. That is closer to destroying the World Goverment than what the Revolutionary Army has accomplished.

I also feel this way about the association fees. I feel like the more the Straw Hats are shown to be capable of actively opposing and attacking the world government. The higher the bounty of the person who can wipe it off the map should be. I feel she shouldn't have just been kept away from the chump change association fees because she was over 1 billion berries. In fact I feel like her association fee should be higher than most other straw hats. I mean she should even get an association fee for her captain fighting in Marineford and his brother being killed by the world government.

I bow down to you who has done this video. Robin has really been underrated with her bounty, and I think it has something to do with keeping he low, not to raise more attention to the only one who hold 'the knowledge'. Also Robin really became threatening, not mostly in strength but hugely in knowledge. as you laid out, she know the knowledge of the 2 of the ancient weapon, accosted with Crocodile and Dragon, Can make Luffy pirate king, friends with Shirahoshi, and can unveil the void century. Imagine Robin gaining Haki to help her devil fruit, that would be an upgrade in strength.

Just one thing though, I know you said that you don't give bounty increases after a certain point because of associations, but wouldn't being associated with stronger people make you a bigger threat? For example if the straw hats keep getting stronger it becomes harder to get at Robin. If Robin partnered up with lets say Big Mom, wouldn't she deserve a bigger bounty as she would be associated with a Yonko?

Loving this series. I think it would be improved with more comparisons between each crew members new estimated bounties as we go. Maybe between each saga? It would help us get a better picture of total crew threat and where each individual sits compared to their peers. Maybe a chart or list that shows them moving up or down? Regardless of whether you incorporate this idea I'm super excited to see where this goes next!

2:50 I thought it was pretty clear that the world government knew about her ability to read Poneglyphs... i mean, she declared it outright in front of her mother that she could read poneglyphs as well when they all tried to deny that Robin was associated with them to let Robin live. My hot take, I think Nico Robin should have the second highest bounty on the straw hat crew if not the highest. Following Wano they’re going to be so close to uncovering the void century and finding laugh tale because of robin. She’s ultimately the person who’ll make Luffy the king of the pirates, just as Oden was for Roger. Also I’d argue her bounty should be raised at Enis lobby because Franky destroyed the blueprints to Pluton making her the only way to access the ancient weapon.

I love it how the polnaglyphs for ancient weapons is located in the opposite place of where they are. Eg, Poseidon polnaglyph for shirahoshi bear the bottom of the sea was found in the sky, and similarly with water 7 and alabasta
