Love the front and side porch’s! In behind/ space right of the front door could be a very nice closet. The private enclave off the master bedroom? Perfect. Young children’s room is too far from the master bedroom and bathroom. Otherwise? Fantastic job.

Overall, a very pleasant design. Open plan is always a nice thing but not necessarily in purely service areas. I'd prefer to see a sliding pocket door closing off the master bed wardrobe from the bedroom area (who always keeps a perfectly organised wardrobe?) plus another sliding pocket door between the master wardrobe and the ensuite bathroom area (who wants to be changing while someone else is sitting right there on the toilet? ) I live in a house with the exact same master bedroom wardrobe/ensuite configuration and those partitioning off sliding doors come in very handy, even with something like keeping the closed off ensuite extra toasty warm in winter, when getting out of the shower. Doors easily installed though if needed I guess.

The last house? Your video jumped around so much that it had your viewers believing that the bathroom downstairs was a full open concept. And then the upstairs had so much wasted space.

The bathroom off the kitchen doesn’t need a shower. Portion wall between the kitchen and living room would be good. Need a front door closet. Don’t need a pantry. Kitchen has plenty of space. Bedroom sizes are far too large. Don’t need that much space.

The outside of the house is beautiful and rustic, just how I like it. Inside, it's too cold for me, with the wood and furnishings. Warm, friendly tones would give the house that certain something. I don't find it appealing enough to like it.

I didn't see a dishwasher, may have missed it. Color scheme is to dark for me would go with earth tone colors otherwise nice layout.

No closets in the children’s bedroom. No broom closets, linen closet. No front door closets. And that’s got to be the strangest place I have ever seen to place a toilet!!! That’s just plain weird. No thanks.
