This is a very sweet design but for my personal preference I would change a few things. Let’s start with the ginormous window in the front bedroom. I’m not really a fan of bedrooms to the front of the house but it would be a spare. The window is too large. I would feel like a fish in an aquarium to sleep there (and yes I know, curtains🙄) but you need less light for sleeping. The windows in each bathroom are also too large. I would make smaller and place higher. I would lose the decking to the left of the home and extend the living space out to that area since there is no outlet to get to it from that side of the home. I would extend the counter on the sink side of the kitchen to accommodate a dishwasher to the left of the sink and maybe add a small, movable island to the kitchen. Add an exit door in the dining area to the back of the home and extend the roofline to accommodate an outdoor seating area. A covered carport to the laundry side of the home would be nice. I love that there are two bathrooms and both have showers. Never have been a fan of vessel sinks. I would change all of those and lose the sink in the laundry room and make that area a pantry.

Too much going on..not my favorite

Don't like the repeat of the windows. Please vary the windows in the home. Kitchen is too small for my taste. Doors need to be a little wider. My husband has shoulders wider than 52 inches. He'd have go in sideways in every room.

The kitchen is very small. Not enough counter or cabinet space. A full sized window in the bathroom doesn't work! Too many oversized windows.

The exterior has a lot of charme. I absolutely love the combination of the stone with these windows. Although i would do less (how should i call this?) seperational strapes between the glas, but that's only my personal taste and says nothing about the beauty of it. Also love the woodflooring you chose. All the rooms have a really good size. The one who loves an all white kitchen, will love this design. The bathrooms have a kind of masculine feel, which i liked. All in all, i recognized a mixture of minimalism, scandi and victorian asteathics. Which is interesting. Two things i would change for myself are the grey planks on the walls and the glasdoor that leads to the laundry, because if i'm lazy and don't want to put my clothes immediately after drying into my wardrobe, then nobody will see it. 😁

I like this style of home. That living room wall of windows is a real feature! I think the kitchen would be on the small side for people who like to cook and a dishwasher is a must (for me). I like the wood accents throughout, which make homes feel warmer, comfortable, and inviting. This is the type of home I could live in!

Pretty on the outside but not on the inside. Inside doesn’t flow and is badly designed especially the kitchen and guest toilet area. The kitchen isn’t made for cooking or baking as there is no storage and the counter space is almost non-existent. It seems so jumbled on the inside.

I actually like the design but it needs to be bigger. The living room definitely needs to be bigger and the kitchen does not have enough storage or counter space.

Well that’s a big no for me. Once again no place for coats, boots, hats, etc. I’m assuming this house plan is for somewhere where there isn’t winter as there is no place to put all the gear you need to wear when it’s snowy and below zero.

I find the layout a little odd. Why is there a full bathroom with tub way off from the bedrooms next to the laundry room? That’s very inconvenient and not well thought out. Why isn’t it made to be part of the master suite or something? And why are there two sinks in the kitchen? I like the rest though especially the upper level office.

Nice lay-out. Finally, a two bedroom home design that seems spacious enough.👍🏼

Looks great on the outside and I love all the windows but this house would not be functional in the northern part of the US. No proper front or back entrance ways designed for below freezing winters with places to put heavy winter coats, boots and other winter gear, etc. This house with all those big windows would be lovely in the Rocky Mountains. The views would be great but we have long winters with lots of snow and the design doesn’t allow for that. I really liked the upstairs however the main floor was lacking. You couldn’t have family and friends over for dinner with that limited eating space and the kitchen in general was not designed well or nicely. The master bedroom was very underwhelming as well.

Dato che io uso la cucina per preparare i pasti e non solo per far vedere quanto è moderna, vi faccio notare un errore madornale: il lavandino deve stare vicino al piano cottura. Mettete un lavello piccolo nell'isola, chi cucina non deve girare attorno all'isola se ha bisogno di acqua o di sciacquare un mestolo o altro.

I think is really lovely. I love small places still is beautiful. We can always rearrange areas according to what we wish, still is really beautiful.
