Hummus is hummazing. I first seen it in a food Channel a guy who was in Jerusalem eating hummus. and it made my mouth water I really wanted to try it with the pita bread and olive oil and olives and so much other things months passed. well I got a DUI and went to jail.and when I got out I got a job in a Greek restaurant out of nowhere and the first thing they taught me to make was hummus . I felt like hulk after a couple days after eating it often (everyday) il would dip everything in it chicken, steak. banana peppers .I felt like God blessed me He knew how much I wanted to taste the hummus. I wasn't surprised because I know God answers the prayers of our heart and what we really want He knows. And He will bless you even when we dont ask . So yes I'm very thankful for that opportunity. I cant wait to give my kids some hummus so they can be strong too.

try going primal, it's a much healthier lifestyle.
@Michael-Archonaeus6 жыл бұрын
@@carlosandleon I agree that primal/paleo is superior to most diets, except vegetarian. IMO nothing beats a vegetarian diet. It's what humans are designed to eat. We are naturally herbivores, not omnivores. Look at your teeth. They are flat. Look at your weak jaw, that wasn't meant to chew bone. Look at your digestive system, it's a simple, herbivorous system.
@carlosandleon6 жыл бұрын
@@Michael-Archonaeus i don't agree that we are mainly herbivores. We discovered fite before we were fully homi sapiens. thus no need for sharp teeth further in our evolution considering the soft meat we atw
@ivanlagrossemoule6 жыл бұрын
@@Michael-Archonaeus "better eat that diet we ate when our average life expectancy was about 4 times as low as it is now, it's really good for you" Also diet is more complex than just anatomy or adaptation. Squirrels are pur herbivores anatomically yet they eat bird chicks and other animals. Goats, horses and so on will also opportunistically eat meat. Pandas are mainly carnivores anatomically and they eat vegetation. The same goes for bears and so on. Humans are designed to eat meat and we certainly aren't pure herbivores. We even have some genes that reduce the risks of cannibalism, as apparently we used to be part of our own diet as is the case for other great apes like chimpanzees. You're not going to find a perfect diet by looking at what our ancestors ate because food wasn't optimized for health or life expectancy.
@ukpkmkk_22 жыл бұрын
Dude, we have flat hands with long fingers, opposable thumbs and most importantly brains so we cut and cook meat.. Our jaws are weak because we’re not supposed to hunt animals with our mouths.. Ever noticed the receding but still existent fangs in a human mouth? Apart from the fact that we can’t digest cellulose like herbivores, on the other hand we can digest meat with no issue, we‘d even get sick if we don’t get proteins and fats and some elements that exist in meat (Iron, omega oils, phosphorus, sulfur, calcium, salts… etc.) Cows and deers have been around since ever and they haven’t changed their diet to meat, despite that it’s much more nutritious, easier to digest and much more tasty.. but it’s not in their generic formula.. but it is in ours

Only has four ingredients, about half the calories, it's not as thick probably because it's not as processed and they sell it in two pound containers as a bonus! The idea this is a good source of protein though...that one needs to be re-evaluated. The highest amount I've ever seen is about 10% by calorie, the lowest is around 5%.
