Manichitrathazhu, the original of Bhulbhulayya, though was directed by Fazil (FaFa’s father) he took help from 3 other directors - Sibi Malayil, Priyadarshan and Siddique-Lal served as the second-unit directors. Fazil knew they have their own strengths in directing some of these scenes. All of them were top directors at that time.

From odiyan....the transition was not in selecting movies or having flop films...it was more about acting and his physical change....we miss our lil chubby cute mohanlal with eyebags who could use his face to maximum....its not the same laletttan.... idk when i see him on screen it only feels like 75% lalettan....i miss lalettan without beard....i miss he doing the guy next door characters so naturally like in dhrishyam 1, ividam swargamaanu,etc....

Best Cinematographers.. 5. Best Art directors 6. Best musicians (fresh talents) 7. Best technicians 8. Daring producers 9. Best Audience(for accepting diverse contents) 10. Turbo is a typical commercial movie like mixing every south film industries tyical movies flavour into it. Its feels like we are watching a telugu, tamil, kannada and malayalam movie in one movie. Film enthusiasts never say its a good film. Only the blind fans and some typical people who dont know about movies says it was awsome.

There is no secret ingredients. People started recognized us. For us this is nothing. Recodically malayalam cinema's golden era is 80s and 90s. We still going on but there are some changes in only in the way of taking movies. But content is always king of us. That's the success of malayalam cinema. Now a days directos getting more opportunities do veriety of movies. 👍

27:12 its not started after covid. Mohanlals good era disappeared after Devasuram. Like its started from 2000 time itself. Thats the time where Malayalam cinema goes downwards. And from 2010 onwards new era starts with new thought film makers. So gradually actors started doing new stuffs, directors doing new stuffs, and they all together raised malayalam cinema back to track. Bit still Mohanlal didnt changed from that bad era style acting and choosing scripts. Change happened when he gave date to LJP after that Neru came, which is also good one.
