DISCUSSION: Liquidation process for companies with Khumalo

African Global Operations, formally known as Bosasa, has announced it will go in to voluntary liquidation as a result of banks closing their accounts. The company says it has received formal notification from its banks seeking to distance itself from the group citing reputational risks. The banks will all cut ties with the company by the end of February 2019.
