Actually DMI based fungicides could increase disease pressure of Helminthosporium Leaf Spot! I typically run Azoxy and Prop also and take my chances with a DMI increasing the pressure of Helminthosporium leaf spot. Sure would be nice if they would give a few more modes of action legal for residential use.

Paul, did azoxy + prop alone used to fix mongolian death spot? This is the first time ive heard of the three way fungicide mix being necessary, but i havent had to deal with a lot of fungal diseases on my lawns yet. Disease is still my weakest area of knowledge.

Gray leaf spot like I showed at the end of the video is very difficult . If you aren’t getting it in your area don’t worry about it. First year fescue yards are very susceptible so consider a preventative program adding TM … the 3336 fungicide to your azoxy July and August

I'll be doing a combination of prop and azoxy app in my yard soon I'll definitely be going with the lower rates to avoid any turff damage.

Great video as always, what’s the plan moving forward after the fungicide for leaf spot I’ve heard no more fertilizer and it’s going look like crap until fall is this the case if it’s made it to the melting out phase

If it’s melted out it’s pretty much gone. If you catch it early it should be ok low rates of N can help it recover

Ok thanks , I live in Connecticut. This is the strangest thing every year, a black haze over certain spots of my lawn, then turns to a white powdery mildew. Then the whole spot dies out, but grows back very quickly almost looks dormant for a little while, but only in a few spots.
