This is such a classic South Park. It's actually part 2 of the (unofficial?) Meteor Shower Trilogy. The first episode is Cartman centric and is called Cat Orgy while the 3rd part is about Kyle and Kenny and is called Jewbilee. Definitely worth checking out. :)

Love this trilogy! One of the earliest three parters in South Park. Did we already get Cat Orgy? I don't remember! Also, in answer to your question, yes, this episode dropped right around the time when Cher's hit 'Do you believe in life after love' came out, and was everywhere for a little while. It was also released around the time the Will Smith movie Wild Wild West came out, as well as Ricki Martin's fame in the charts. Hard to believe this came out over twenty years ago. Love these early episodes man, keep them coming.
