Very detailed video! It is charming that "trash picking" seems to instant kill the item symbol, rather than need at least 1 damage to destroy the target like Hunter Squad's deathblow innocent ability.

One thing of note for everyone is if you have the “Geo Change” skill you can automatically bring geo spheres and tiles to any map even if they don’t initially have them. I just have my strong character that can take some hits use this move, go back into base on the next turn and then bring out whomever I’m raising skills for. This makes it so I don’t have to search for geo spheres/panels.

Geo Change doesn't work well for subclasses because the Geo Symbols it spawns are the same level as the user (capped at level 9999). It won't spawn Geo Symbols with a hidden level in the hundreds of thousands like those found naturally in high rank Carnage items.

Replaying post game from scratch again to test out post game on my single tier 1 generic Prinny only challenge file. The challenge was not too hard though time consuming, also meant I went into post game with just said prinny. I ended up leveraging MT1 a ton more than the first time around though I was really clueless then. I found that if you get like 6 or 7 mastered classes on the holy duo Pram and Metallia all you need is at most 5 stars of the carnage asagi challenge stage to get 99x level 9999 prisoners to throw at the elite 4 and other costly squads. Took a few runs =) Hardest part about the post game for me this time around was actually finding gear with professionals.... I had to employ the famed Tri Angels' help in stripping all the gear off of the asagis - well past needing prisoners to fill out the squads. All the trash gear ended up getting sold to the item worldonce my bank was fine. Easily the quickest I've ever pimped out Fuka. =D

Squad exp from prisoners uses the hidden Carnage level btw (the one that caps at 1.5m instead of 9999), so it's still better to capture them on higher enemy strength even for maxing squads.

Assuming people are playing the Complete Edition by now with all the free DLC . If there is one humanoid character you want to max out first I recommend Pram with Usalia and Metallia as two of your four monsters. Doing this sets up your shard farming right away. One other benefit to pimping Pram first is to pinny instructor up a squad with 8x monsters , a scrub Zetta and any % Chirsto,. Prinny Squad works for minimal Evility transfer or a 20 member squad like footman if you have that all setup. Load up Pram with evilities like bullying, mass blaster, elemental force hasty rush/dead sexy form Girl Laharl eventually taste of victory unstable power/heavy stance before , and most importantly Asagi's Never Give Up common evility (thimble curry is not needed here) The attack is star element so you can load up on those evilities too. Stay away from crit bonuses if not on Curry. +9 Pram's Union Skill Glass illusion Enter into LoC Martial Training 4 at 20* load up the first set of 4x monster characters to mc with Pram and same with Zetta. Place Zetta adjacent to Pram who has one space between her and the 3x3 monsters and Christo orthogonal to Pram. Diagonals count for Zetta placement if you need to use 3x Angels in addition to Christo If you have not maxed out elite 4 squad yet. Use Pram's flexible Union skill Glass Illusion and enjoy the dying sounds of the mt4 monsters. Mt4 20* is overkill but Pram owns it all anyway so why not, you will max out any level 1 monster/Zetta 1-9999 first class maxed with enough cheat shop % into mana so you can reincarnate Zetta at least. It will take more time and effort to council 8x monsters + Zetta's class swaps than it will to take all the monsters + Christo out in order to get the ball rolling =) Honestly, with this many Glass illusions potentially being sent off even poor Christo is not strictly needed but meh, he's in all my setups anyway. If for some reason you are unable to kill 20* LoC mt4 in one round using this method, add angels and never forget, a maid can repeat the madness once more =)

Yeah, something similar can be done with Grand Macro Palm to work on even more monsters/generics at once, at the cost of needing to increase the deployment cap. It also means working on a unit who, unlike Pram, doesn't seem to fit into any other setups. At some point I should consider making a vid on mastering subclasses when you already have other strong units to help out.

8x monsters to change classes on and maybe reincarnate is enough work for me, such that Grand palm is a bit too excessive for me =) As hinted at, Pram and a powered up Zetta are both very useful characters to have around,. Zetta especially makes an amazing single target tera element damage setup when dealing with item world. You really should put a vid up on using union/combo attacks with never give up to power up those generics. A quick list of 3x3 combo skills that do not include monsters you cannot magichange into. Etna: Blazing Impact combo skill with Laharl. Flonne: Double Holy Arrows combo skill with Sicily. Sicily: Sis-Lord Sky Fist combo skill with Laharl. Artina: Moonlight Ensemble combo skill with Valvatorez Salvatore: Hero Style Orders combo skill with Almaz. Rozalin: Love Revelation combo skill with Seraphina. Zetta: Rising Magna Star combo skill with Red Magnus. Pram: Glass Illusion combo skill with Zetta. Petta: X Beam combo skill with Zetta. Void: Shadow Light Fist combo skill with Goldion. The above mentioned.. Goldion: Grand Macro Palm combo skill with Killia, Zeroken, and Void.

@@LiqnLag Yeah, Grand Macro Palm seems overkill to me too, but is worth noting. Otherwise Pram + Zetta does seem like the obvious one due to those units both being useful.

Does everyone in a tower needs to be a "prinny" in order for everyone to get the Prinny instructor buffs? Or just the guy on the bottom of the tower needs to be a prinny?

The entire tower (though any monsters Magichanged onto units in the tower don't need to be Prinnies).

If you Magichange enough times a bill unlocks for Dual Magichange. This lets you Magichange a second monster over the first in each weapon slot (so 4 total).

The Alchemist can make them as long as the Alchemy Squad is max level and you have Carnage Dimension unlocked. I start showing this at around 2:23 or so.

12:00 Why do you care if your unit dies? You will still get the class XP before they die, just Gencey out, heal up and repeat.

I wanted to make use of there being multiple Geo Symbols on that map while I had the chance. Geo Symbols are rarer than item symbols (~50% chance of appearing vs ~80%) and give more exp (I want to get someone to level 9999 as part of obtaining the Carnage Mushroom Soup).

@@blueeyesmew but wouldn't it still be faster overall to just get what you can in the one hit head out and jump back in again for your overall time? Feels faster to me at least, I try to spend as little time thinking on the map and more time killing/genceying. I also like to skip floors that don't have anything I like (I made a high movement IW character)

@@zelow79 I wouldn't normally spend that long thinking, that just happened to be an unusually cramped and geo-heavy floor. But yes, it would probably have been faster to just go for it and not worry.
