Disgaea D2: Rasetsu Mode Reincarnation Bonuses

Hey, that's a good Idea using Ifrit to reduce the fire element of the Shark Dragons even further. What I usually do is give the character I'm leveling a Nekomata's "Fighting Spirit" Evility. It's supposed to have a 50% chance of causing your character to attack again, but I find that if the enemy is level 9999 it always allows you to attack twice. Ha Ha! Thanks for mentioning me in the description! XD

I have a question for items. For example, which is better: Passing 5% per level in a Stat for the item or passing the solid 20% for the item?

Is there a faster way to grind the other stats besides HP/SP? Im doing R+LoC 0-1 stars and have tons of HP now but wondering if the other stats can be absorbed faster somehow?

But what if I reincarnate a lot outside of Rasetsu mode, then go into Rasetsu mode and reincarnate. Would I get the same about of stats in Rasetsu mode as if I only reincarnated in that mode? Or would it be better to turn on Rasetsu to reincarnate and then turn it back off after?

Am i doing something wrong, im at reincarnation 40 and have only 250-70% growth correction o.o? so im 6 times below 240 reincarnation, so if you times 40 by 6, you get only like 1400 growth by the time i reach 240 reincarnation, whereas you had like 9000, so i must be doing something wrong? unless it jumps in percentages like a mofo later... im reincarnating at 9999 in rasetsu plus loc mode on (so i do one map loc + r coo6 at full star then reincarnate, repeat), and just put all bonus points to max int, then the left over on hp...

Do total levels matter? I'm getting a bit bored of levelling to 9999 with a single character, reincarnating, levelling, reincarnating, and realising I still need to do it 200 more times.
