Dry noodle hack for noodles like mi goreng : Leave a tiny bit of water in after draining, put it back on the stove on low heat and "stir fry" for 30 seconds with all the sauces. Even better if you crack a raw egg and let it coat the noodles.

It's very worth tho. I've tried it and it is a 10/10. Buldak follows pretty closely for reference. another reason it's way more expensive is because it's actually imported from Japan

My fave out of all of those noods are the Samyang Buldak and Indomie Mi Goreng. They're my number ones!! Tbh tho, I prefer the Samyang Carbonara noodles because they're a little creamy. From what I remember of Shin Ramen (OG and black), imo, it's not "mid" but it's not as amazing as a lot of people make it out to be. I think it's definitely a good go-to as an "intro" to better instant noodles if you move up from the cup noodles.

I remember me and my husband trying the 2x and 3x Buldak ramen, and it just tasted sweet to me. We also tried adding gochujang hot to it and it just did nothing. The sauce itself also tasted sweet lmao

I've still yet to see anyone who does a ramen tier list rate 3 of my favorites that just never seem to pop up anywhere else: Buldak Curry, La Mian Laksa, and Ibumie penang white curry Curry is the best flavour of all the Buldak ramens and the indian spices tone down the heat a ton. La Mian has super high quality noodles with a great seafood laksa broth, and Ibumie's got the cheap noodles but has a great thai curry flavour
