Upsetting to me that other tourists laugh at his stupid antics rather than pulling him up for it. Guess that's the world we live in now. He was so pleased to look at the silly video his mate caught for ticktock probably. Hope he sees this as he looks thick, shame the police didn't catch him at it 😉

Where are the armed guards? Too crowded…close it when crowded…security risk for soldiers and horses…way too busy…crowd control needed…
