as a retired Met officer I guarantee we woldhave been far more forceful with her bynow. I do not know the powers of those army Police. Could be planning an attack, could also be mental illness or personality disorder like NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) A relative of mine has that disorder. I made the mistake of going to an art museum in NYC with her. She just HAD to go up and touch the surface of a million dollar painting. OFC the security guard was right on her & told her not to touch the paintings. She didn't like that, so in alittle while , she touched it AGAIN ! I was DYING with embarrassment, but she was just mad that someone told her not to do something (this is a 50 year old woman btw) - and the 2nd time the guard said it angrily. So she did it AGAIN !!! This time he threatened to throw her out (i wish he had) Bottom line, I have learned that people with NPD dont learn, they deeply resent anyone telling them what they dont want to hear- and that any attention, even negative attention, feeds them in some way normal people cannot understand. I suspect thats why shes smiling.

This women has caused far too many issues with the police, guards men, and horses. She has interacted with tourists as well as if she sees herself as a royal guide. She has been asked and warned repeatedly to leave. Why do they not arrest her? She has been warned several times and still disobeys. Time to take action with this women. That woman needs to be *Physically escorted* away from the area EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. SHE. APPEARS by at least *two* armed soldiers or police officers. Feel free to have her surrounded by *SIX* armed law enforcement officers; you have my permission. If she keeps appearing, keep escorting her away. Otherwise the cells would be full of people arrested for the most petty minor things. Given most people who are abusive towards officers don't even get arrested... I can't see why it would happen here. There also has to be a necessity to arrest someone and you can't just arrest them because "they are a nuisance" or "You want to". See PACE Code G.

In order to arrest her for something they need a necessity do to so, and there has to be an offence. Tell me which offence you see here, and what neccessity there is for her to sit in a cell for up to 24 hours? That's how the law works. Like it or not.
