‘Disgusting’: David Tenant should ‘absolutely apologise’ for ‘vile’ comments

Actor David Tennant “should absolutely apologise” for making “vile and disgusting” comments about UK Women and Equalities Minister Kemi Badenoch, says Women’s Forum Australia Stephanie Bastiaan.
“If he had made those comments to anyone else - Whoopi Goldberg for example - they would be yelling out that he was being racist, misogynist and inciting violence,” she told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“But because Kemi is the wrong sort of woman, somehow it’s ok.”

I was introduced to David Tennant through the revival of Doctor Who - and I absolutely loved his take as the Doctor. It is now forever ruined. I can’t go back to watch it now because I can’t unsee and unhear that despicably ugly and wrongheaded speech. He’s got his millions so he doesn’t care if he tanks his career among his former fans. The amount of ego required to make that speech is mind blowing. What an ugly soul. I guess it’s only back to Classic Doctor Who for me.

It is downright disgusting what Tennant has done not only to Doctor Who, but himself as well. Credited with being the one to truly bring DW back after Eccleston set the stage, made some of the best eps in the series both classic and (then) modern.....only to lift his kilt and piss on the entire fandom and fans for The Message and a paycheck. Utterly disgusting. #canceltennant
