Granny Rags was one of Outsider's markers as well, and she can resist Bend Time, Devouring Swarms, Possession as well as being partially immortal (the only way to kill her is by destroying her cameo). Outsider is definitely gonna be alot tougher than THAT.

Depend on the style you pursue. There's another stealth youtuber, Centerstrain01 (he's underrated too) who plays through various assassination games like HMA, Splinter Cell and, of course, Dishonored, non-lethal, no-detection walkthrough and that takes skill too.

I feel like Kalwins Bridge is the hardest stage in the game. Every enemy has some sort of vantage point that makes stealth takedowns almost impossible, you can really only be high in the air, or low to the ground when exploring the map, and there are a lot of pathways and contraptions that don't really lead anywehere.
