He’s playing reroll and trying to win streak with shit units, he loses and messes up his streak he’s down a lot of gold later when he needs to reroll

probably because he level up to win streak but since his board is not very strong he might lose the streak and ruin the econ

Leveling there means that they are likely to not make 10 at 2-2, which means they will be missing econ intervals for the entirety of stage 2. Normally, the trade off for this is usually extra gold you can get from winstreaking stage 2, but because their board is all 1 star, it's not a guarantee win streak. Camille reroll comp also does not need to level aggressively, as you're rerolling at level 6 anyway, which means that early econ is extra important as it would help you slow roll more at level 6.
