When we had a dishwasher my wife would load the bottom rack covering the spout that blasts to the top rack spout that washes the top rack. Then complain the top dishes are not clean. I attempted to show her once, which led to a fight. She stopped using the machine, it became my job.

6:13 What is she even talking about here? Why would you have a faucet running continuously to hand-wash dishes? Do normal people not just fill a sink with water (maybe a couple of gallons?) and soap then wash their dishes in that?

If you don't rinse or soak your dishes, you must remember to clean the filter in the bottom. It gets stinky and disgusting if you forget that thing exists

I usually rinse the dishes and utensils that have touched egg yolks and avacados. They are the hardest for machines to clean.
