Hi Paul, many thanks für your instructive video, and most of all, helping me to find the service manual at Toshiba. With this, I could revive my Midea ST 5.31 (corroded contacts at flowmeter --> machine would overfill and let the excess water flow into the bottom pan --> E4)

Hi Paul, thanks for the videos, been extremely helpful. I was just wondering if you could help me track down where I could get the workshop/service manual from? I'm having some trouble with my machine not draining water suddenly. I believe some water got behind the door and muddled some things up yesterday (suffered from an EF then E4 code) The machine will drain about half the water, but leave a pool in the tub. I probably need to give the machine a few days to dry itself out, but will consider opening it up afterwards to save it's life if it's still wonky! Thanks again

Hi, I bought the same model (cookology table top mini). My watertap light is always on and the 'play'button is not working. The power is on. I plugged the machine on and off and turned on and off with the time interval of around 5 mintues, which didn't work as well. I also checked the drainage, which was also fine. The water is going in from the water tap directly. Cookology answered my first email but didn't respond to me and they're off after 3pm Friday. I put the salt in and the manual says that I need to run the quick cycle to prevent it from any erosion. Would you recommend me anything that I can do to fix this? Thank you so much for your video.

I don't know if you have it plumbed in to a water supply or you are manually filling it. You can try using the manual full system until the beep comes then try and start the machine again, but if you have no error coming up on the display I cannot suggest what to look at next. The company does not seem to be very positive towards help and spare parts, but I can tell you the machine was manufactured by media.

OMG how did you clean the steamer? I tried getting air in through the little hole on the bottom left, but it's air tight :O Please help

My cookology dishwasher isn't working. The intensive light is flashing constantly and the water drains out but it doesnt do the cycle. Pleaee can anyone help 🙏

Looks similar to the Point ptdw1, mine was brand new, didn't work, gave error code 1, the steam generator was completely clogged, from factory. Gave error code E1. After locating, and clearing the clog the machine heats up the water, slowly, but the steam function does not work, even though I measured the steam generator to about 100 ohms, that should equal to the rated 500w at 230/240v ac... I guess I'll fire the parts cannon and buy a new one.

I have e4 code the machine was over filled how do i cure it

I have exactly the same problem, it slowly Runs in the washing chamber and overflows it. Water Runs Out of the opening on the Frontside and triggers the flowting Sensor on the bottom. When i unplug the flowting sensor it says e1 after some time because there is less water in the Tank than it should be. How can i stop the additional inflow during washing?

@@halo4everful hi all I cured the fault by getting as much of the overfilled water out left it to dry out fault cured
