Brilliant video !, may i bring to your attention another manufacturer fault, after a while the front touch panel will short and the machine will not respond to input using the touch pad, the problem is water ingress behind the black cover that protects the touch pad, i disassembled the door then removed the black cover, dried the circuit board thoroughly, i then reassembled the black cover but then sealed it in by applying a generous amount of silicone sealant around the black cover then covered the black cover with plastic to ensure no more water ingress, works a charm now.

I agree with the other comments, pictures or arrows would be helpful. I believe I may have shorted mine out, too, because I used my empty dishwasher as a drain rack when I only had a few dishes to hand wash. I"m sure the extra water found its way around to the control panel because its directly below the door when its open. Thanks for the lead. :)

To help you progress with code E1 , instead of using vinegar as suggested in some posts i used the household limescale remover VIAKAL , this works effectively in removing limescale quickly, obviously use gloves when using Viakal and always perform a cycle without cutlery before starting normal use again. (UPDATE), my dishwasher ran the E1 code, i identified the problem, where the water enters the machine ,behind the panel, theres a 90 degree pinch point, over time, hard water can restrict the flow hence the E1 code, so i injected Viakal down the tube, let it settle and then re-assembled, no more E1 code now and if it happens again i know where to look.

Mate, this is brilliant, thank you so much for a great video on how to disassemble the dishwasher, I found the fault, it was the cable from the CPU to the front door control panel,it was broken the cable must have got pinched some how when the door is opened or closed,not the best design and cut the earth wire in the cable, I pulled it out and repaired it, works a treat , Thank you

Hi mate, I'm glad you could be able to fix your problem. Since we work very hard in our warehouse making free video guides, you can always donate us via www.how-to-repair.com/help/buy-paul-a-beer/ Could you also do me a favour and take part in a poll I've made about the lifespan of appliances? You just need to tick one of two boxes. It will only take about 10 seconds. This might help us improve how machines are made in the future😇 Here's the poll question: www.youtube.com/@How-to-repair/community Also sharing will get more people to participate and we will have a greater impact with the manufacturers thank you for helping.

Great video! Seems relatively easy to tear down. Im getting an E1 error on mine during what seems to be the last cycle, not quite sure where to begin to look after seeing the cycle chart.
@pspr337 ай бұрын
I don't know if you're reading the comments here but I've just torn it down and everything regarding the inlet seems to be fine. Could it be that the impeller isn't reading the amount of water correctly and it's thinking that there isn't enough water (or there actually isn't enough water) to finish the cycle therefore throwing up the error?

Hello, thank you for a great video!! My issue is that the dishwasher is not draining the water and after a while when the amount of water is too big in starts overflowing and starts e4 error. Don’t you know what might be the issue ? It is not clogged I checked that

It seems E-3 code is a fairly common problem for the ICUIRE brand countertop dishwasher? I was very careful with it and took care of the machine. Never loaded it without scraping the dishes first, keep the filter free of detritus and would air dry the filter and screen. I accidentally ran it without the filter and that is how I earned my E-3 code. Would appreciate a future DYI or some advice on what to look for. I will subscribe because I plan to fix this myself. Thanks in advance either way! Addendum -ICUIRE advises to tilt the machine for an approximate number of minutes if the machine registers an E-3 code. Why and what component would possibly benefit from this action?

My mum recently got a new dishwasher and gave me her countertop Klarstein mini dishwasher but it's displaying an E1 error code. I've tried a few things suggested on youtube, such unscrewing the little panel near the inlet valve and looking for blockages. I even poked a pipe/straw cleaner in and out the inlets just in case anything was stuck. I tried tipping the machine at an angle over the sink to try and drain the "overflow reservoir" only to have water come out of the top bit where you put the water in and it went everywhere! It didn't come out the from the front corner under the door like one video suggested XD Nothing has worked yet, any suggestions? I love your video, I didnt even know what an inlet valve was a couple of days ago, but it was the bane of my life trying to work it out from the manual. (Spoiler alert it doesn't tell you lol) The manual really doesn't go into detail on what to do in case of error codes if you're not a pro or don't know the lingo, so I was just kinda like, "where the heck is the inlet valve?? What even IS an inlet valve??" So, long story short, I now know what an inlet valve is, but I still don't know what to do to resolve the issue with it 😂 Any advice would be much appreciated! I really want to give this machine another shot, it seems like such a waste not to!

On the left-hand side once you’ve taken it all apart, there is a steam unit. I’ve seen these get blocked you only need to blow through them hard

Were you ever able to fix it?
@skyetati37222 ай бұрын
@@nevebrown9206 I fixed it! On the inside if the dishwasher, there's a really small hole on the left wall (your left). I put vinegar in it with those measuring syringe things with a wide nozzle, you press it in quick and fast so there's pressure behind it and also i poured a bunch of vinegar in the tank with the water. If you leave it for a bit, repeat, and then run it a couple times, water starts leaking out of the small hole, and then boom, suddenly it starts working! I'm assuming it was limescale buildup. I used white wine vinegar cause that's all I had, but it might work better/ cheaper with your normal white vinegar:) be generous with it so it gets in all the nooks and crannies! I was so delighted! Can't take credit for it, a lady made a video showing how to do it, it worked and made me so happy! It's worked absolutely fine ever since

Hi, we have just randomly started having issues with our mini midea. It seems to randomly stop (at different times) during cycles, and then will just beep every minute or so. We’ve had to end up emptying the water by tilting it from the main compartment each time this has happened. No error codes are coming up. Can you help?
