That's so true. I was disinherited. I spent my life trying to prove myself to my narcissistic father. I went off and made something of myself. Good job. Wife and kids aswell. My sister stayed home and did nothing, lived off my parents and ex husband. Hung around. Got EVERYTHING. But it's not the money. It's what it did to me inside. I was always to blame for everything. Now, at 52, I feel like that kid again, with everyone pointing at me and shaking their heads in disappointment.

@@mikey5812It just happened to me. I am contesting the will because of the abuse I endured, the will was not fair. Also my parent was a psychopath.

@MK-cc5ve hello friend. I'm in your corner! On what basis are you contesting the will?. Here, in Ireland, it's very hard to find grounds to. I've thought about it.

@@mikey5812 I found out she was dead about half way through my report of historical child abuse to the RCM Police officer. He was amazing..She died 6 months earlier: no obituary. Nothing. I’m sorry you’re in this awful spot too. You’re not alone and you’re not responsible..By the way a will is invalid if its writer is nuts. Anyone who hurts a child this way is nuts.
