Isn't there should also be a multiplication with 128 tracks/surface, in calculating data transfer time for 16 surfaces ?? 🤔🤔

After seeking to the proper cylinder,Each R/w head transfer data from one particular track on each of the 16 surfaces. So no of surfaces*1 track on each surface*no of sectors/tracks*no of bytes/sector.
