My daughter was misdiagnosed when she was 28 and went almost a year until on her 29th birthday, in 2006, she got a diagnosis of stage 3 breast cancer in her left breast... it had spread to the lymph nodes all down her arm... I'm a nurse, and I insisted she begin a lawsuit! She did, and it took 7 years for her case to be determined, but eventually, she won her lawsuit! Her cancer returned again in 2021 on the right side, and she had to go through the chemo, the surgery, and radiation all over again... Even though she went through all of that again, she is doing extremely well now! She was also advised not to have any children because her cancer was being fueled by estrogen!! She had a hysterectomy to stop the estrogen production completely she obviously didn't want the cancer to return a 3rd time!

I had cancer around 8 years ago and at that time my consultant told me because it was skin cancer it was basically the best cancer because it won't travel to any of my organs but after doing my own research I found out he was wrong and yes skin cancer can now pop up anywhere in my body at anytime, even though it won't show as skin cancer because it would not be in my skin but somewhere else and another form of cancer. So yes go with your instincts and listen to your body not your doctors. How dare they just dismiss you who do they think they are? Because they're not always right obviously, but they think they're always right and know everything. I'm so sorry for you and your family xx
