I think the panel is off a bit on this one... The next CEO can't be *the* person who fixes everything, they have to be the one who cleans up departments by hiring the right people to take over section by section. This needs to be a manager of people who lines up the right talent. They need someone who already has the team to bring in, or can get them quickly. They need business credentials but not that much, someone from Nelson Peltz team would be a great choice obviously. I would stay away from anyone with entertainment credentials that wants to manage the movies (hire the person who manages the movies). It's a bit wider net, but the stakes on this one for Disney are high so they really need to get it right.

I started going in the 60s when there were no agendas being pushed which visually started in the 90s in their movies and at the parks. Those were such amazing times at the parks especially. I remember they would have special events for company's in the late hours after park closing and all you had to do was just stick around and you could stay in the park because they didn't have the procedures that they have now to make sure only the party guests were staying. Also no merchandise promoting someone's lifestyle which I could never understand.

Yesterday night I rode Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, it was just ok but I have a problem with the lift hill area. Apparently, that projection light is too bright with somebody with sensitive eyes that could be a lawsuit just waiting to happen. The critters pretty much move like they belong on it’s a small world. Honestly, Splash Mountain was better not because of the main characters because the critters actually look more realistic than the critters of Tiana’s. Which the look of the critters of Tiana I basically now see why Pooh is in the same land because they are more toys than critters but at least the Pooh characters you expect them as toys; however, for Tiana aren’t the critters should be more realistic instead just a marketing ploy to say ok buy this toy? At least, I was smiling not because of the ride because I found a flaw that could become a potential lawsuit.
