What happened was disney engineers mustve posted the preproduction clips of those shorts onto the channel timeline and caused the system to cry for mercy, I wonder what their screens looked like (engineers would get red popups screaming at them about the error)

Looks like the timecode wasn’t set correctly on their playout system. Hence why you see the slate card. Most channels like Disney, CN, and Nickelodeon are automated with their playout and scheduling. If timecode is offset on a clip, it’ll schedule the wrong part of the clip.

It could also be that the video file for that program was on unreliable storage and the video stream was occasionally being killed by a playback error which an engineer would have to resolve by restarting the playback from the very beginning, and then skipping to the approximate position where the technical difficulty happened. In this case it looks like they probably had to ultimately switch to a backup feed due to the technical glitch.

I’m so out of the loop when it comes to Disney Channel stuff, or even really current children’s media as a whole, that this could very well be just, the show, and I wouldn’t know any different. How do I know what kids are watching these days? My generation was fascinated by colorbars. Maybe gen alpha took that to another level. 😂

When Mine in the TV when i watch Chibiverse on Disney Channel in Sling, theres nothing in the TV (TV-Y7 still there and CC is also there) But i dont see the beeping out and Target is the oldest sponsor and now they change it to Lunchables

That's because the beeping was a technical difficulty. Something screwed up on Disney's end for a few seconds and so the color bars were displayed. They're not going to have that in a streaming copy of a show.

This was pretty bad, and during the series premiere too, this was the first episode. Luckily this was on KZbin at the time, so I could just watch it there. I mean I could've waited for them to air it the next day, or possibly wait for it to drop it on Disney+. But KZbin was really the best option for me.

I didn't bother watching Miraculous, since they were repeats anyway, I just turned Disney Channel off and watched Chibiverse on KZbin as I said above.

I Witnessed This But I Could’ve Sworn They Were Halfway Through The Episode Before This Started Happening I’m Probably Just Misremembering It But I Thought At First It Was A Secret List For The Episodes Of Season 1, But Then It Kept Happening And I Realized That Something Was Wrong, I Had To Go So I Left Mid Glitches & Watched Valskibum’s Video The Next Day To Figure Out What Was Happening. Also, Maybe This Is Why They Just Went Back To Using These Shorts In-between Adds.

I definitely saw this when they are about to air my favorite show on Disney Channel after the other show. I saw color bars for a couple seconds and saw a time card on the screen as well as a flashing beep with the number 2 on it. It just keeps intensifying in the middle on the show and cause the color bars to keep going for a minute until the TV channel gets a Windows 10 BSOD. It was so strange to see a Windows 10 BSOD on the TV screen on my cable box. After a couple seconds of BSOD the screen went black for 5 seconds and showed the Windows 10 startup screen as well as a Windows Vista/7 startup sound on the Windows 10 login screen. Then the people who manages the computer has to press the ENTER key and the login screen says "Administrator is preparing Windows...", then I saw an empty desktop screen for 5 minutes until a black screen appears for 30 seconds. After the black screen we get a Disney Channel splash screen on the TV. And finally! Oh man! They brought the show back again! It was aired in my state Hawaii in a date that I forgot in my brain, I don't remember that much.
