I had a friend's mom make my dress from scratch. I'm short, so anything we bought would probably have to be tailored any way. Whole cost including materials was just under $300CAD, but also the most extravagant dress I ever wore. Big tulle skirt and all😊 Then we donated to an organization that helps find dresses for girls who might not be able to afford them otherwise. Hope whoever wore it had a great time
