Hey I watch all your videos and I’m now confident enough to start making the recipes myself your gluten free recipes are the only ones I trust. If you don’t mind I would like to make a video idea of homemade gluten free graham crackers they are my favorite, but other KZbin’s haven’t mastered it so I decided to go to the best. I truly appreciate your videos thank you

You are amazing! Did you receive professional training? I will say you are a blessing to the world of Celiacs all over myself included. I just wish we had an Asian market in little ole Farmville. I am trying to source reasonable priced products on a very fixed income. Truly thank you for these recipes.

Awe, you are so sweet and way too kind! I've taken many classes, both in person and online, but have never gone to culinary school. I've just had a serious passion for cooking, but especially baking, since I was a little kid. 🥰

Do you think this dough could be used for gluten free choux pastry? I was looking for a recipe for gluten free eclairs.

I have a question about your bread flour blend, is it possible to use it for making a sourdough starter do you think, and can I convert your artisan bread recipe into a sourdough bread? There doesn't seem to be much information out there on doing a gluten free starter. I am seriously loving all your recipes! I wonder too if you would be willing to go into some of the science behind why your blends work or why other ones don't or really what is really going on when baking?

I actually have a sourdough bread on the blog, and there's a video for it right here on youtube! Search sourdough on my youtube channel and you'll find it 🥰🥰 I've recently been testing using my bread flour blend in the starter to see how that works, and it's looking good so far! I'm not a trained chef so it kinda baffles me as to why some of the ingredients work better than others do, at least the science behind it. It basically was a trial and error kind of thing for me, whereas I kept a notebook of what I used in a recipe, and then wrote down whether it worked or not and how much of a failure it was (too dense, too dry, too hard, etc). So I'd tweak something within the recipe (more potato starch, less protein powder, add one more egg, more yeast, etc) and it worked! As soon as it worked with my cinnamon rolls, I took the amount of each flour within that recipe and had my math geek kids help me figure out how to convert it to a blend to use for everything bread related. But I try to research everything and will see if that's something I can put together for a future video or post 😍

On a ‘regular’ churro recipe I saw, they pipe the batter onto a baking sheet first, and then they freeze them… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe that can help even if the batter is not that firm??? Either way, I’m trying them out very soon! 😉 Thanks!

I actually did that the first go round and they came out very flat on the bottom. Either way, they're delicious regardless of the ridges 😋
