Amber, I'm playing on my Alt account and I just did the (Gaston the... Hero) quest. You need 4 compass fragments. You have three because Gaston gives you the first one. The one in the Grove that you are missing is found in the small area under the grove area (the higher area) and to the right of the grassland area. The section where you first meet Rapunzel where you had to open the door for her. Hope that helps
