If you got Platinum Mickey already then it would level up. If you got Platinum mickey level 5, you'll get platinum mirabel and if you maxed out all the platinum emojis then you'll get 30000 coins instead

Players were upset due to issues such as the increasing the price for the Quest pass to 1000 gems instead of 800, as well as changing the contents on the Prize Wheel, etc.

Not for Platinum emoji. This Prize was given as an apology to their players because Jam city make several mistakes that upset them. But you never know.. maybe they'll give out other free emoji.

Probably the many issues that occurred in the game recently like the Track tutorial freezing the game, players passed about the 1200 gems Quest pass, and the removal of Lives from the wheel, etc... which have all been fixed.

No, it was a one time thing where many players we upset with all the glitches that happened to their game where it caused some to lose their game progress among other things.
