I don't like the knees either, I've found if you hold the leg at the knees and gently push up while bending the lower portion of the leg, they seem to bend easier. But the pag system for the knees seems very week.

Hi thankyou for sharing this as it will hopefully help others not just me. I have had a couple of people say this now. I like th old system too and it would not have taken a lot for them to get her to sit better either. I feel it might be coming down to costs🫤thankyou for watching ❤️🥰

I’ve unboxed two of the new Ily dolls and have had an issue with the knees on both. The dolls are lovely and I do think they sit nicer, but I think Jakks needs to work out the kinks with articulation. Loved you video.❤

It’s a shame the older one doesn’t have the ability to sit on her knees as she has such good articulation otherwise. Disappointing about the new one’s knee. Love the new dolls outfits. Amazon are usually pretty good with problems.

I think if you write to Jakks, they might replace the doll for you. I like the original body much better. I would be tempted to put the outfits on different dolls. If you were able to get the Disney store ILY Jasmine, she has the same blond hair.

Hi Elizabeth, it was frustrating, i think Jakks do need to know as others have told me they too have the same issue. To be honest it was more the outfit that attracted me and i am really happy with them. Thankyou for watching🥰❤️

My dolls knee as well so Amazon sent me another and her knee is the same😠 It must be an entire batch of them so disappointing. Update I poured hot water over the joint and it bends now!
