I know a lot of famous fairy tales that Disney has based 90% of their movies on that had dark vibes/ending. Examples: The Little Mermaid ended with the titular protagonist's death, Cinderella's step sisters had their eyes pecked out by birds, Snow White didnt wake up from a kiss but from a piece of apple lodged in ber throat, and so much more.
