Disney Resort Tour | Yacht & Beach Club Resort Hotel Grounds Tour, Pool Locations & More!

In today's vlog we head to Walt Disney World's Beach & Yacht Clob Resorts for a hotel tour! We check out both parts of the resorts, pool and food locations and more. We got to see the new restaurant, Ale & Compass, we had some vegan sausage and it wasn't something I'd recommend again but I would like to go back and try some more food! Nice to see that they added a little grab and go shop to the Yacht Club. Having to walk to the opposite end of the Beach Club for theirs was one of the downsides of staying at Yacht Club. Ale & Compass looks like a lovely additional also.

For my graduation, I was promised one night at at deluxe resort. I wanted the boardwalk but it was full so we stayed at Yacht club. We were upgraded to the fifth floor which was concierge level and it was so AWESOME. I guess they had filled the other rooms so we been upgraded and it was super nice. We had a pool view balcony and free food and alcohol all day, I even watched IllumiNations from my balcony!!

My absolute favorite resort. The arcade, beaches and cream, and the pool is where I spent all my Disney down time when I was a kid. We stayed there all the time.

Thank you for these, Tim! I grew up in Florida and my mom would take me to Disney almost every weekend. I try to go at least twice a year but I live and work in Ohio so it's not so easy! I live vicariously through these videos you post and they literally make my day. Beach Club is my favorite hotel and it's my dream to spend five-six days there one trip!

We stayed at the Beach Club during Hurricane Irma/Our Elopement hands down my favorite resort. Easy access to the Food and Wine festival. The pool and beaches were fantastic for our toddler. LOVED having a mini lazy river. We came back for a short trip in December and he RAN from the Boardwalk Bakery over to the beach at the Beach Club. Little man knows what's up. Definitely was a pricey stay, highly recommend it for a special occasion 100% worth it, you save a little bit with the passholder room discount but you have to book the day the discount comes available. The carpet at the Beach Club is so soft and has Mickey Bubbles everywhere. And the beds...the glorious...soft, fluffy cloud beds. I could just see my ghost family in September at all the locations Tim showed. Tim needs to go back and visit the Beach Club Villa turtles though, on the far side of the Villas pool along the path to the parking lot, the water is FULL of turtles!!! They'll come over if you stand there, probably looking for a snack.

I love the Yacht Club and the Yachtsman Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants on Disney property. The pool for the Yacht and Beach club is amazing. The lazy river and sandy bottom pool is incredible. What a fantastic review of the property!

This was the very first Tim Tracker we ever watched. We had stayed at Beach Club and when I searched KZbin this video came up. Have been loyal fans ever since. We stayed 4 years at Beach Club then 6 years at Boardwalk. Great looking back at these videos counting every minute til we can go back!

The Yachtsman Steakhouse is fantastic! Fantastic food and service! My adult children and I have been eating our way around Disney property and Yachtman Steakhouse has been one of our favorites. Thanks for the tour; we love walking around The Yacht and Beach clubs when we get the chance.

I’ve eaten at the Yachtsman a few times. They have the best staff. So attentive. And, we usually go when we are celebrating and get a free dessert. I like it so much better than le cellier.

I’ve done the tour of the world from the boat rentals. A pontoon boat takes you around world showcase and allows for some awesome picture opportunities. They also provide drinks and snacks!

The boat looks like an Optimist (or "Oppie"). They were hugely popular in the 60s and 70s as homemade kits where you just bought the plans. Whole generations of sailors started out in Oppies and kids still race them all over the world today. I sailed one in the Scouts in the 80s. The more you know...

We've stayed at this resort twice in the last two years and love it! It's expensive (about twice as much as say, Port Orleans), but the convenience of being able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studio's is greatness...not to mention a short jaunt over to the boardwalk for additional entertainment!

Spent Christmas at the Beach Club. Of all the DVC properties this one is my family's favorite. Great pool and so convenient to Epcot and DHS. Great tour Tim.

I love the Yacht Club! They have better and closer access to the buses. The food and pool is amazing! Plus who doesn’t love ice cream sundaes from Beaches and Cream! They also have dairy free ice cream! It was so yummy!

Going to be at that resort this weekend. That pool is the best. I prefer the beach club section over the other but it's a great place to stay. The sandy pool is amazing. Best pool at Disney.

Our favourite Disney Resort. We love the new market at the Yacht Club and the freestyle soda machines are great with a Resort mug. Best pool on site at Disney too. Plus the location next to Epcot is awesome. Have a great New Year! PS (I think the desk on that landing near the lobby used to be used for cruise check-in).

I stayed at the Beach Club on my last trip two years ago. It’s a really great hotel. And if you get the right room, you have views or either Epcot’s fireworks or Hollywood Studios!

We stayed at the Beach Club in September 2017 and it was amazing! Arriving there was worth the 24 hours travel from Australia. It was great being able to walk to Epcot, boat to Hollywood Studios and monorail to Magic Kingdom. Hopefully we can afford to do it again one day. Thanks Tim for showing us this great resort.

We stayed at the Yacht club in a room over the pool. We could see Epcot and Hollywood Studios fireworks from our balcony. It was awesome! Also when you get the chance eat at Beaches and Cream. It was delicious. The meatloaf is yummy and so is the grilled cheese and tomato soup

It has a 5th floor for both resorts that offers free snacks and desserts around noon and 6 p.m. In the morning it offers breakfast such as eggs and toast for guest that are leaving for the parks. Also around it 8 it has dessert also. At all times they offer free drinks such as canned sodas and coffee and tea.

Thanks for the tour! We love both of these hotels and are excited to stay here in April! Just an FYI cape May is character dining for breakfast but not dinner but food is great at both meals. Sorry you got sick!

The Gazebo is actually one of the main wedding spots you can have in Disney :) That's probably why it has nicer grass and such. We stay at Y&B (Well Beach Club Villas) all the time and this is truly the best resort overall. The BCV has the garden view which gives you a pretty decent view of the fireworks (not the park) and you're so close you can hear the music!

I love the Beach Club resort! During my first solo Disney trip I booked a room at one of the All Star resorts, but about a week before I arrived I got a call from Disney saying that they overbooked, so because I was alone they upgraded me to the Beach Club! My room was the corner room on the second floor at 22:54. That was definitely one of my favorite Disney memories😁

Hi Tim, you do literally what I’ve loved to do since being a little kid. I’ve explored these resorts even recently and nothing is quite like touring the different resorts and hopping between them via the buses, water taxis, and monorails! I’ve had the privilege of seeing quite a bit of the behind the scenes area normally wayyy off limits to the guests and it’s amazing the work that goes into making an amazing experience for the thousands of visitors to the parks and resorts every single day! We had a Beach Club room that was very close to Epcot. No view since we were ground floor, but we could hear the music and opening announcements from out on the patio. Pretty cool!

So when I was a kid, my dad used to work for US Homes and Lennar Homes. Once a year we got to go to one of the hotels for the weekend and go to one of the parks. The yacht club pool is the best.

I have very fond memories of the Beach Club :) Got to go to Disney World when I was 14 years old, and that was the hotel we stayed in. I remember the pool having a lazy river, though, which is weird. (Had a hot dog in that river, not sure if I was allowed to do that, but I didn't get in trouble for it back then.) Also had a very good sundae at their ice cream shop. Had a blast at that place when I wasn't in one of the parks, or at Cape Canaveral. Edit: Okay, hadn't gotten to the part with the actual pool before I commented! Yay, they haven't changed the pool! :D

That's our DVC home resort. Thanks for the tour, Tim! One cool thing they added recently was showers next to the outside bathroom right past the arcade. That way you can swim and shower on checkout day if you have a later flight. Can't wait to come back again. Stay there for NYE for a quick exit to your room!

Thank you for this tour. I don't think we will ever be able to afford to stay at either of these resorts but they are indeed beautiful. We were in the Beach Club briefly on our last trip to get some snacks at the Marketpalce. Also sorry to hear that you got sick :(
