Nuts it really depends on the exact crop and yield of the farm. Usually the higher priced ones are from the best orchards which are near perfect nuts and boxed whole. Most nuts we get are damaged slightly with tiny chip or dings. Any broken ones are used for toppings or mixing into something where they are chopped up so you don’t notice. They’re all pretty much the same just any high priced ones are near perfect and go for so much much.

We make sushi bowls with spam on the regular at our house! Just sushi rice sprinkled with soy sauce and vinegar after its cooked, cubed spam fried extra crispy, cut up Nori sprinkled on top, with spicy Japanese Mayo, avocado, and sesame seeds on top. Tim you could have it without Nori. So yummy my 11 year old will make a quick version for her school lunch.

What is it with Disney's wiFi -- you'd think they have some of the BEST tech people, and yet people say the wiFI sucks at the parks, on the ships, and ow here - what gives? Loved your interaction with Max - you are SO good at interacting with the non-face characters, I always get tongue-tied. I really recommend Dukes restaurant thats near Oahu’s touristy area if you are looking for a good place to eat. The food was great, and so were the vibes ♥️ Just make sure you call in advance as it can get pretty busy.

Seeing you try the spam musubi was really funny - I had one back in January when I was on Oahu and I thought it was pretty good! But, here's a pro-tip for the future: If you can get snacks like that and groceries outside of the Ko Olina resort area, I recommend it. Prices are much better than going to the ABC Store across the street (like the spam musubi I got at Food Land was definitely much cheaper than $5).

The time change seems like it would be a bit challenging especially for a little one. How many days do you think it took for him to get used to it? It’s unfortunate but understandable that the internet isn’t the best. I guess that just means they don’t wait people on their phones when they can be enjoying the beautiful views and fun activities of Hawaii. I loved that moment of Jackson holding onto Tim in the lazy river. So cute! Jackson doesn’t know yet how blessed he his to have two wonderful parents who take him on these amazing adventures.
