Vince has been selected as Class President many times. And Gretchen has been selected as Class President in 4th Grade. Gretchen is mostly likely the best candidate for Queen of Playground. Power doesn't corrupt her. She is willing to help others even if it costs her. She also got Support of her class because of her Policies as Class President.

The more I watch this the more I think TJ failed his other pranks on purpose. He always made it really obvious by watching Bob or being close so Bob could spot him therefore, I think TJ let Bob catch him in order to pull off the whoopi cushion 🤔😯

Not at first. When TJ said the others weren't thinking big enough, it was because everyone had a single idea, and was willing to pull them off one at a time. TJ went bigger, pulling a double prank instead, where the first one was meant to fail. He's literally the embodiment of "learning from your mistakes," because he counted on his mistakes to make sure the initial prank failed just enough to fool King Bob.
