I'm Spanish and the first time I saw this episode the first thing I thought of (despite knowing that it's a hymn against injustice) was in the television series "verano azul" (Blue sun), since one of the most iconic scenes is when the whole town unites in defense of "La Dorada", the ship of one of the main characters, which the villains want to destroy. Everyone sings this as the villains threaten them driving menacing bulldozers.

The old jungle gym was torn down at my elementary school a couple years ago, and you'd swear it was the most devastating thing to ever happen there, lmao. I immediately remembered this episode. Like Old Rusty it had been there for decades, through generations of kids and parents, and we even called it Old Rusty. We didnt get any warning though, it was demolished over summer break. The jungle gym that was built in it's place is absolute garbage, too. Half the kids can't even play on it because it's built for junior high kids, and WAY too big. And then the same thing happened to the equally beloved jungle gym at the neighbouring community centre. I work at my old school now, and honestly mourn the loss of our old jungle gym daily when we go out to play. It was the best.
