I can't help but wonder if that unused level was an attempt at making a level out of the traffic cone scene. I always had a hunch about that. The presence of traffic cones makes it seem even more likely.

@@TheRealOAFs Definitely, and was thinking if it was a skatepark maybe it could of been a playground or something as a level, with one side having the skate park bit, could of been replaced by Andy's Neighbourhood cause may have been too big??

If I'm not mistaken the Buzz taking damage sound was used for the same purpose in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.

The red walls in the hallway are the walls of Andy's old house from Toy Story 1

If I had to guess, the unused level with the fire hydrant/cones was the planned next level after Andy's Neighborhood? In the movie, Buzz and the gang are shown running through the streets before reaching Al's Penthouse. Maybe the level would have taken place on the streets? Love the video by the way!

@@TheRealOAFs Still it was a childhood classic. I still play the n64 version. While running in Al's toy barn, I jumped high enough to glitch rendering information and the whole level ended up invisible.

Trying to name it on opl but it’s saying there 1 bad named iso but when I go to get the name from the database it can’t find one? How do you name the iso ?

I got it from archive and I managed to get it loading on the PS2 hardware no problems which surprised me alot. you shouldn't have to do anything other than download, put into usb or on hardrive and load it how you would other games.

From the top of my mind, I think no, you can run away then come back and health should be where you left off. But I also think sometimes it can reset.

This is a far stretch im making, but with how the structure is... structured in Construction Yard, maybe the jackhammer boss wasnt fought on top of the structure, but instead in the wide open area of the huge random puddle of water next to the office building. I'm not professional in construction, but why do you need a jackhammer so high up? There's also the more probable area thats the bottom floor of thw structure and you would fight the boss to progress up to the beam section. Thats my main two theories. Im just really confused as to why there's a random, giant puddle in the level to begin with.
