The fireworks view is nice, but the other 23.5 hours your view is a pond covered in green algae.

You’ll be in the parks at that time 😉. You’re not wrong, but I’ll take the green algae over the crowds for fireworks any day! It was SO nice to see the fireworks and then hop into bed. 😴

@@ParkToPortTours We had stayed at the Wilderness for about a week in December (usually the 2nd week of the month) for about 8 years in a row on in the early 2000s. We would always book and request a Courtyard View Room since we liked it the best. One time we got there later at night and ended up with a room with a "otter pond" view. We had to wait 2 days until we could get the Courtyard view room and was much better. But we've never had the fireworks view room before.

I’m considering this view. Was the description “Views of Landscape or Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Partial View of Magic Kingdom Fireworks” ?? I saw another view that was really bad and overlooking a parking lot

This one is listed on the Disney World website as Fireworks View- King Bed at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, not Copper Creek. If interested, I am happy to help you book this room and your vacation package.🙂
