They put seven dwarves out of work because of a single tweet from Peter Dinklage, they changed the name of the beloved animated movie, they put a Hispanic woman in place of Snow White since a white woman would be problematic, they changed the prince and princess falling in love story to her having agency, female empowerment and (I don’t need no man) trope, they replaced the seven people they fired and replaced them with CGI gnomes, and don’t call them dwarves anymore for some reason, they picked one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood to play the evil Queen. This is a remake of the film that BUILT Disney. If the original Snow White had flopped, there would be none of this. No films, no theme parks, no streaming, no toys, no coloring books, no mouse.
